The Mitsuboshi V-Belt 8Vk2360 is a Super Wedge II banded V-belt engineered to deliver more than double the power capacity of classical V-belt drives in the same drive space. The 8VK-section wedge profile generates a deep wedge effect under load, enabling smaller pulleys, tighter centres, and significant power density gains — critical for mining, cement, heavy industrial, and large fan applications across Australia.
At the core is an aramid tension cord with near-zero elongation under heavy shock loading. The bareback friction fabric cover handles clutching drives and high-inertia start cycles without surface cracking.
